Shipping:

Orders will be shipped based on availability while supplies last. Because this is a limited edition release, quantities are extremely limited and shipping times may vary. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Charges and fees (including customs, duties, and taxes) may apply, and Backbone will not be responsible for these costs. Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty Coverage
Limited edition Backbones are covered under Backbone’s standard 12-month (1yr) limited warranty. During the warranty period, Backbone will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace your controller within a reasonable period of time and free of charge.

If your Backbone is a limited edition SKU, Backbone may, at its option, replace your device with an equivalent product from our standard product line should an identical limited edition replacement not be available.

Warranty Replacement Process for Death Stranding 2: ON THE BEACH Limited Edition controller:

• If a warranty claim is approved, and a warranty replacement for the exact model is available, Backbone will provide instructions for returning only the controller.
  
  
• Customers must keep all original packaging and accessories, as replacements will not include limited edition packaging or inserts.
  
  
• Replacement units will be shipped once the original defective controller has been received and inspected.
